Ningxia Xinyou Communication Supervision Consulting Co., Ltd. was established in March, 2004, the registered capital is 15 million yuan, which aquired Class-A aptitude of communication construction supervision, Class-B aptitude of communication construction project biding and Class-C aptitude of information system engineering supervision, all these honors are approved by National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, besides, we have 6 software copyrights. Our company was appraised as state-level new high-tech enterprise and innovation pioneer enterprise in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. We have the ability of undertaking the various scales of communication construction supervision and information system engineering supervision throughout the country. Our primary business includes communication engineering, bidding agency, information system engineering supervision. The number of staff is 216, among which we have 88 communication supervision engineers of industrial and informatization department, 5 national certified supervision engineers in housing and construction department, 8 supervision engineers of information system, 9 evaluation experts, 12 senior engineers, 3 senior economists and 26 qualified persons of preliminary budget. We also have 58 managers of project safety, which owned A, B or C ranked security guards awarded by Ministry of Housing and Urban-rural. We have professional technologists and build up the management system of enterprise projects that based on the internet application.
Since our company was established, we build up favorable strategic partnerships with Ningxia Mobile Co., Ltd., Ningxia Telecom Co., Ltd., Ningxia Unicom Co., Ltd., Ningxia Netcom Co., Ltd. and Ningxia Trans Telecom Co., Ltd. one after another. What’s more, we are the primary supplier of supervision services of the above companies. Based on the Ningxia market, at the same time, we are expanding the national market actively, joining in Tibet Unicom in 2011, Shanghai Trans Telecom and Shanghai Mobile in 2012, Gansu Mobile in 2013 and we gained a good reputation among above all these construction parties.
